Step in the ring with one of our trainers for a safe & supportive sparring session. As a beginner, you'll learn to control your punches, react defensively, apply your footwork & bring it full circle with combinations. Only advance student are allowed to spar with one another.
Trainer approval, headgear and mouthpiece are required before entering the ring.
Whether it's your first time or you have been boxing for years, the learning never stops. With the use of mit work and light sparring, you'll achieve noticeable results as each session progresses. Our private training lessons have a strong focus on fundamentals & technique.
We offer 1:1 sessions or group lessons. All skill levels welcome.
