Kim started training over 18 years ago in Boxing, MMA and Muay Thai with Mike. She has always had a passion for combat sports as she found it to be the best work out for her mind and body.

In 2019 Kim decided to open Southpaw Boxing to share her love with others as well as to hopefully introduce and empower woman within the sport. Outside of the gym Kim works as a nurse and loves spending time with her daughter and family.
Mike started training at a very young age, learning various Martial Arts including, Shaolin Kempo Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai and No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Over the past 20 years, Mike has been teaching all levels of MMA for various Boston facilities. Aside from training in Mixed Martial Arts, he has played hockey

Of note, in that time period Ariel trained under the esteemed Coach Robert Michaels, student of All Marine Boxing Coach Roosevelt Sanders who was assistant coach to the legendary 1984 U.S Olympic Boxing Team.
Since 2010, Ariel has worked as assistant coach to Sean Farley, a well-known and respected pro coach within the local boxing community. Coaching through the amateur ranks all the way to professional, Ariel has been honored to work with local big names such as Alexis Santos, Augustine Mauras, Adrian Sosa, and Brandon Higgins.

Coach Nick has been studying Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts for over 10 years and he has been working with kids for even longer. He has served as a head instructor/program director for a youth gymnastics and sports facility, and worked as a program director/lead instructor at a karate school as well. When he is not teaching,

Stephanie has been an amateur boxer for the last 2.5 years. She started boxing with Haymakers for Hope and realized how much she loved the competition and fitness aspect of the sport. Its nearly impossible to plateau in this sport and there is always a way to improve.
Tracy has been training kickboxing since 2017. Once she came to Southpaw to change her routine and focus on boxing she fell in love with the gym and worked her way into teaching. Her background as a kindergarten teacher made her the best candidate to help in the youth program. You will also see Tracy teaching the adult kickboxing classes and working at the desk.

Growing up Kyle had always been fascinated by learning different sports, at a young age he started with Basketball, Baseball and Soccer and throughout high school he continued to play Basketball while adding Lacrosse and Football to the list. Kyle graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management, in college he played on the Football and Rugby team and never lost interest in Basketball. Once he graduated, he needed something to fill the void of not playing team sports and getting introduced to Boxing was the best thing that could have happened to him. Being apart of Southpaw Boxing has allowed made him want to push himself to his full limit. Kyle wants to help others reach goals and push themselves.
Brooke is an assistant Youth Program Coach here at Southpaw Boxing & Fitness. She has been training off and on in boxing over the past 2 years, and recently took an interest in training in Muay Thai. Brooke was a gymnast for 9 years on a competitive team in Massachusetts. To keep active in her free time, she like to play lacrosse.
Growing up I started boxing at the Manchester Police Athletic League. After years of being away from it, I realized that this is where my passion truly lies. The past five years I found my love for boxing again and found that boxing has helped me overcome my shyness, helped me to gain confidence in myself and improved overall fitness.

Emily has been a program director and kickboxing instructor at a local karate school, as well as a student in Kenpo- based karate along with her daughter. She earned he rBlack belt in 2016. Emily loves sharing her kickboxing skills with others. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and roller skating.

He finds great pleasure in helping others understand the basics and how to move. It's one thing to hear instructions and repeat them, and a whole other level to understand them and embed them into your nervous system.
Tyler comes with extensive experience including an Ace Certified PT with a concentration in corrective exercise. Former NFL Defensive Lineman, current professional mixed martial arts fighter with over 20 bouts. 2018 IBJJF Brown Belt Nogi World Champion. 2020 Black Belt Nogi USA Nationals Silver Medalist.
